Rancho Bravo has introduced various crops previously uncultivated in Peru while also perfecting the local variety. This dynamic approach differentiates Rancho Bravo from its competitors by providing its consumers with a diverse array of products.

Baby Carrots: A baby carrot is grown to the “baby stage,” in other words, long before the root reaches maturity. Baby carrots are often deep orange, tender, and sweet. They have the same properties and quality that regular carrots possess. These carrots are a fun and healthy snack for children.

Baby eggplant: Are longer and thinner than the mature variety. Eggplant is considered a fruit, but botanically, it is actually a berry. It is also related to the potato and tomato. Like the mature variety, baby eggplant has a slightly bitter flavor with a somewhat tender, spongy texture.

Baby Corn: Baby corn is a vegetable taken from standard corn plants but are harvested early while the corn ears are small and immature. Fresh baby corn has a crisp texture and is subtle, slightly sweet flavor and is typically eaten whole, cob and all.

Baby Brussels Sprouts: The Brussels sprout is a cool season crop of wild cabbage cultivated for its small, leafy, green heads resembling miniature cabbages. The coloration varies from light to deep grayish green. Brussels sprouts grown on long, thick stalks and must typically be hand-picked.

Baby Green Beans: Rancho Bravo green beans have been cultivated for the fleshiness, flavor, and sweetness of their pods and are often referred to as “haricots verts.”
